Internship Position: Brand Growth and Marketing Intern

Location: Caldwell, Idaho

Ruiz Marketing Group (RMG) is a dynamic and innovative marketing agency specializing in multicultural marketing and brand growth. Our mission is to help businesses connect authentically with diverse audiences and achieve sustainable growth. We're seeking a passionate and creative intern to join our team and gain real-world experience in brand growth, video production, photography, and building valuable brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Growth Support:

   • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement strategies for brand growth and engagement.

   • Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

   • Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand messaging and storytelling.

2. Video and Photography:

   • Support video production projects, including shooting and editing content.

   • Assist in planning and executing photoshoots for various marketing campaigns.

   • Help maintain and organize our visual content library.

3. Community Engagement:

   • Identify potential brand partners and conduct outreach to establish connections.

   • Assist in building and nurturing relationships with local businesses and organizations.

   • Explore opportunities for collaborative marketing initiatives to promote RMG's services.

4. Content Creation:

   • Collaborate with the content team to generate engaging and creative multimedia content.

   • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop content ideas aligned with client goals.

   • Assist in producing social media content, including graphics, videos, and photos.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from a marketing, communications, or related program.

• Passion for marketing, brand growth, and multicultural engagement.

• Proficiency in video production and photography (experience with editing software is a plus).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.

• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Enthusiasm for networking and building relationships with potential clients and partners.
